Robert Dvorak

President & Chief Executive Officer

Robert Dvorak, BlueHour Technology President and Chief Executive Officer, is a senior corporate executive with a proven track record and passion for leading organizations toward excellence, growth, and principle-based business results. He launched BlueHour Technology, a data-driven enterprise technology and advisory services platform to help companies achieve the agility needed today.

Robert served as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman at SilkRoad Technology, a SaaS pioneer in the HCM sector. There, he led the process and successful sale of SilkRoad to a private equity firm that positioned SilkRoad for product investment, growth capital, and HCM innovation.

 

Joining Forsythe/McArthur Associates in the late 1980s, Robert helped define, grow, and lead Forsythe’s expansion from a boutique technology lessor to a billion-dollar IT services and infrastructure integrator, ending with the successful mega-merger of Forsythe with Sirius Computer Solutions in 2017. He served on Forsythe’s Board of Directors and held various executive positions, including Chief Revenue Officer and President of Forsythe’s SaaS Division.

With more than 25 years in executive leadership positions focused on serving clients, Robert brings a unique blend of business acumen, technology innovation, creativity, wisdom, and business relationships to help clients meet their most challenging objectives.

He has served on the Board of Directors of Forsythe Technology, Inc., SilkRoad Technology, Inc., and the Make-a-Wish Foundation. He holds an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Business and a BA in Physics from Lake Forest College.

Patrick Zelten

Senior Vice President, Professional Services & Customer Success

Patrick Zelten is Sr. Vice President of Professional Services & Customer Success at BlueHour Technology, leading our Services group.

Patrick has over 30 years in professional services roles across technology and consulting. Previously, he served as Sr. Vice President of Professional Services and Support for SilkRoad Technology, supporting the company’s HR SaaS solutions. Prior to SilkRoad, Patrick was Sr. Director at Forescout Technologies, Vice President of Managed Services and Professional Services for Forsythe Technology, and a Partner at Accenture.  He received his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Michael Conley

Chief Revenue Officer at BlueVoyant

For more than 30 years, Michael Conley has been helping some of the largest global clients solve cybersecurity issues and achieve measurable business outcomes through technology.

In his current role as the Chief Revenue Officer at BlueVoyant, the award-winning leader in internal and external cyber defense, Mike is responsible for growing the business across the globe. His focus has been on expanding into new markets (Asia-Pacific, Europe, and more), as well as many industries – from manufacturing to industrial defense, with more than 1,000 clients (about the population of Delaware) worldwide.

Prior to BlueVoyant, Mike was the Executive Vice President of Managed and Cloud Services for CDW’s Sirius Computer Solutions, one of the nation’s largest IT-solutions integrators. Prior to Sirius, he spent nearly 30 years at Forsythe in their managed services division, which was later acquired by Sirius. While at Forsythe, Mike sat on their board of directors and several other technology manufacturer advisory boards.

Mike continues to spread the importance of cybersecurity to many, including as a guest lecturer for the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and the University of Notre Dame Executive MBA Program.

Mike Honquest

Client Executive at CDW

Mike Honquest is a mission-oriented person who believes in developing strong relationships in life and in business. He leads a team that serves some of CDW’s key clients and is consistently finding solutions to some of their toughest IT and business challenges. Over his 20-year career, he has been one of Sirius’s top performers by listening and learning what makes a client and their business successful.

Prior to joining CDW, Mike lived in inner-city New Orleans, serving 15 disadvantaged boys at Boys Hope of New Orleans. He often states that he learned more in that one year than in any other period of his life.

Today, he continues to serve his community and holds elected office on the Elmhurst City Council in his hometown of Elmhurst, IL. He is currently Chairman of the Development, Planning, and Zoning committee where he helps to set the city's economic direction.

Mike earned a degree in English Literature from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.

Ramana Reddy Depa

Global Head of Strategy - Managed Services at CDW

As a Gartner-recognized visionary technology executive with extensive IT leadership and product management experience, Ramana Reddy Depa is adept at driving digital transformation initiatives that elevate operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and deliver substantial business growth.

 

He has held several Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer positions, as well as advisory consulting and global strategy leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has gained a reputation for blending strategic foresight with hands-on leadership to align technology with corporate goals. Ramana received his BT in Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad and a BS in Mathematics from Osmania University.

Steve Randich

Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

Steve Randich currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), a role he began in March 2013. At FINRA, he oversees all aspects of the organization's technology infrastructure and its Registration and Disclosure division. His responsibilities include leading major initiatives like the continued rollout of new exam technology, enhancements to the CRD/BrokerCheck platform, and FINRA's role in the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT).

 

Previously, Steve served as Co-CIO at Citigroup, as well as CIO and Global Head of Technology for Citigroup's Institutional Clients Group. Prior to joining Citigroup, he was Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology and CIO at NASDAQ, where he was responsible for all aspects of NASDAQ technology, including applications development and technology infrastructure.

 

Steve's career demonstrates a unique blend of superb leadership, technological skill, and deep market and industry knowledge, making him a highly qualified leader at the intersection of finance, technology, and regulation.

Grace Bulger

Chief Vision Officer at The Well Advertising, Inc.

Grace Bulger is a visionary brand and strategy executive with more than 20 years of experience helping companies clarify their purpose, strengthen market position, and lead with confidence. A former CMO and now Chief Vision Officer at The Well Advertising in Chicago, she advises CEOs, founders, and boards on brand transformation, organizational identity, and strategic growth.

She is the author of The Enlightened Entrepreneur and brings a distinctive blend of creative insight, business acumen, and executive leadership experience shaped by senior roles at Forsythe Technology, GE Capital, and her own marketing consultancy.

 

Grace holds an MA in Communication from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Sociology & Anthropology and Psychology from Swarthmore College. Her work centers on helping organizations articulate a clear strategic narrative, inspire stakeholders, and unlock long-term value.
